MODA PID line is available in Volumetric Electronic Dosing version; the electronic board manages the coffee doses volume programmed by the user. In addition to the proven ergonomics and heavy dutiness of the BEZZERA machines, this model is equipped with a practical integrated TFT display, allows you to program important parameters and functions:

HEAVY DUTY MULTI-BOILER TECHNOLOGY
VICTORIA coffee machine system meets the request of the Worldwide coffee industry evolution; the triple boiler system allows to program accurate temperature setting while the brewing profile system allows to program pressure profiles to get the best from single origin and from sophisticated coffee blends from all over the world.
MULTI-BOILER SYSTEM
The ultimate production capacity in the right moment: Victoria system is equipped with 3 independent boilers with dedicated On/Off switch: left steam output boiler, right steam and hot water output boiler, and each brew unit has its own coffee boiler, a special program connect the 2 main steam boilers in order to get a non-stop steam generator.
TFT DISPLAY PROGRAMMING
The programming is done through state of the art touch displays, that by a dedicated human interface allows to easily program the machine parameters, using pre-set profiles or giving the maximum customization opportunity. Using BEZZERA pressure profile patent is possible to brew drip coffee and herbal infusion with dedicated low pressure programs.
PATENTED BREWING PROFILE SYSTEM
The double boiler hydraulic system is drawn by a volumetric dosage that allows to set pressure profiles from 3 to 11 bar to maximize the coffee extraction experience.
Using BEZZERA pressure profile patent is possible to brew drip coffee and herbal infusion with dedicated low pressure programs.
AUTOMATIC WATER REGENERATION
In order to keep ph and water quality under control the automatic regeneration system of Water and Steam boilers allows to schedule a daily recycling.
COFFEE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The new coffee extraction temperature control system by PID thermostat, allows an accurate programming of the coffee temperature in the cup, thanks to the hydraulic circuit thermo stability the exaltation of the aromas of each type of coffee is granted.

ARCADIA BREWING PROFILE is able to optimize the 4 main beverages :
- Εσπρέσο : Pressure brewing profile and temperature can be customized by the software, In order to get the best olfactory and organoleptic sensation from your blend.
- Drip coffee brewing : Allow to set 1 or more specific program to brew your blend with the drip brewing method. Automatically the group will dispense water at the optimum preset temperature and flow rate.
- Tea : Up to 6 dedicated programs (3 if AUTO-FOAMER option is installed) for 2 hot water dispensers, allows to dispense the right amount of water at the correct temperature for your green tea or black tea menus.
- Milk foamer option : Allows to set 3 different programs that allow to get 3 different milk texture and temperatures.

The new B2013 espresso coffee machines range resumes main BEZZERA’s distinctive marks: reliability, robustness, stainless steel AISI 304 (14301)body and neat design. Absolute versatility AL lever group versions (1 to 3 groups) supplied with gas heating as optional.
